Locial is an early-stage platform created to help you discover events, venues, and experiences in your city. We’re currently a startup project and not yet a registered company.

2. Using Locial

You must be at least 16 years old to use our app. Please use Locial responsibly — do not use it for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities, spam, or anything that could negatively impact other users or our service.

3. Content & Listings

Locial displays information about events and places. While we strive to keep this information accurate and up to date, we can’t guarantee that all listings will always be correct. Some listings may include content provided directly by venues, organizers, or third parties. Locial is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content.

4. Accounts & Data

If you create an account, please keep your login details secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. We respect your privacy. Any personal data you share will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Locial is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that may arise from using our app or from attending any event listed on it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page. Your continued use of Locial after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
